Following many years of home construction experience, Gerard (Jerry) Lenhoff, owner of Gerard Builders, set out to build a company of his own on a foundation of distinctive design, quality construction, attention to detail and customer service. By focusing on these ideals, Gerard Builders has grown in both size and reputation.

As the driving force behind Gerard Builders, Jerry’s energies are primarily devoted to general management of the company, project planning, sales and land acquisition. He has recruited a core team of committed, qualified field and office personnel to keep pace with the growth of the company.

Despite our growth, the company maintains a small, family atmosphere dedicated to exceeding the expectations of our homeowners, working with each client on a very personal, individual level. Our team includes field personnel with over 50 years of experience among them, a personable office staff and a design specialist.

Much of Gerard Builders’ success is due to the distinctive French Country design elements that have become our hallmark. From the striking exteriors featuring Old World architectural flourishes and extensive stone, stucco and brick finishes to interior details such as gracefully arched doorways, rounded drywall corners and fireplaces with tile or stone facades, our homes have a style all their own.

The development of Gerard Builders’ style is directly attributable to the creativity of Dawn Lenhoff, Jerry’s wife. As she continually monitors trends and implements design innovations, she aspires to give each home a warm and cozy appeal.

We offer an impressive collection of popular floor plans, with new plans added regularly to meet the changing needs of individuals, couples and families. We are also delighted to work with custom plans to fulfill specific needs and desires.

At Gerard Builders, customer service is our top priority, not only during construction but also after move in. Homeowners work closely with our team throughout the process of selecting a home site, model and all of the interior and exterior options.

During the construction phase, homeowners work together with both the office and field personnel to answer any questions that may arise. It is our goal to make the construction process a positive, enjoyable experience. One of the ways we accomplish this goal is by assisting our homeowners every step of the way: offering immediate access to the homeowners’ project supervisor or office staff, site meetings, if necessary, or just some reassuring “hand holding” through what can be unfamiliar territory.

Prior to occupancy, homeowners tour their home during a quality inspection and orientation meeting with our Client Care Supervisor. This tour includes a demonstration of the components of the home and an opportunity for the homeowners to inspect the quality we have so carefully built into it.

Since it is our desire to maintain the relationship of trust we have established with each homeowner, our team will return to correct any warrantable issues that may arise.

Gerard Builders began by building semi-custom and custom, single-family homes in neighborhoods and on individual owners’ lots. As lifestyles and land availability have changed, we have expanded our projects to include a townhome community in Red Lion. This new venture includes the same quality, outstanding features and design details of our single-family homes.
